Hi, Im Zeffree Kan and I’m an Assistant Technical Account Manager (TAM). I take care of Microsoft clients who subscribe to the Premier Support by looking into their challenges and plan solutions for their IT to meet their business goals. Technology has been my passion for as long as I can remember, be it games, gadgets, hardware, software, whatever it is. It’s exciting to be in Microsoft because the have it all, from revolutionary business tools to mind-blowing motion-sensing games.
